We currently accept payments through PayPal.

Payment must be successfully received and verified before an order is processed.

Payment information is handled through PayPal’s payment processing system. Jack Leathers does not store your complete PayPal payment credentials.

7. Shipping

We offer free shipping worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Pakistan, and other international destinations.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified. Processing may take slightly longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

After an order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is approximately 10–11 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, local carrier services, customs processing, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking may take some time to become active after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Any applicable customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Returns & Refunds

General returns are not accepted.

Claims may be considered when a customer receives:

A product that materially differs from the order due to a Jack Leathers fulfillment error

Eligible claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide their order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging where relevant.

Products damaged through misuse, improper care, alteration, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage are generally not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method and are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Additional processing time may be required by the payment provider.

Customers must not send products back without receiving return instructions from Jack Leathers.

Unless a specific product listing expressly states otherwise, Jack Leathers does not provide a general fixed-term warranty for all products.

Products may be reviewed if they have a verified manufacturing or workmanship defect.

10. Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom or personalized products may be produced according to specifications provided by the customer.

Once production of a custom or personalized order has started:

General cancellation may no longer be possible.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Custom products are generally not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they have a verified manufacturing defect or were produced incorrectly according to the approved specifications.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, specifications, and customization details.
